TOTAL SCAM AND DISCRIMINATORY TREATMENT / AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS I had a terrible experience here. They charged me $160 just to drive 10 minutes, $230 for an hour of labor (even though the job only took 15 minutes), and $200 for two short air hoses that cost around $60 at any parts store. Their employee told me they had to buy the parts, but never showed any proof of purchase. In fact, when I first called, he slipped and said he thought he already had one with him — which means he likely had the part all along. On top of that, the owner told me he “should’ve charged me for at least 2 hours.” The worst part they added a 5% fee for using a credit or debit card — without offering Zelle or any other option. As if that wasn’t bad enough, I overheard him telling his worker he didn’t want to talk to me because “I didn’t speak English well.” Funny — I speak four languages. I wonder how many he speaks. I felt scammed and discriminated against. I had no choice at the time because I needed to leave quickly or risk losing even more money, but if I had time, I wouldn’t have let them get away with this. My tractor broke, broke, broke with the young mechanics I was using that were lying to me about parts replaced and availability. In desperation, I called 8 tractor repair places on a Saturday. John drove all the way to Moorpark Sat. eve, fixed what he could, drove home to Santa Ynez, then returned with all the right parts and fixed my tractor. Yes, they are not cheap cheap, but you are paying for their years of knowledge and experience, but my tractor hasn't had any more problems. Highly recommend!

It was a huge relief to have prompt and professional help from Jack and owner John Florence at All Coast today, when I arrived after a phone conversation and was told to come by. Auxiliary (house) batteries in my camper van were old and nonfunctional. John ordered new batteries which were quickly received at a very reasonable price to me, cleaned the battery compartment and drilled new drain holes for future easier maintenance, replaced the corroded battery connector, and installed the new, high quality batteries all within a short time. I'd expected to wait a couple of days even if service was possible but was instead back on the road quickly. Pickups and semis passing by the busy shop would call out a greeting to John--the place seems to be a real part of the community. John has been owner with his wife for 17 years--a good business!

John and Chris fixed our RV - broken fresh water tank bracket required removal, welding, and reinstall. Fast, attentive, inexpensive. We were there for less than an hour expected a big dent in our trip. I will travel here for additional repairs. 2015 Tiffin Breeze (Diesel Pusher)
